Easy Returns & Exchanges

• Returns or exchanges are accepted within 3 days of delivery.
• Each product is eligible for one exchange only, subject to availability.

Refunds

• Prepaid orders: Refunded to the original payment method.
• COD orders: Refunded as a store credit/coupon for future use.

Important Notes

• Please record an unboxing video with tags and labels intact. This helps us resolve any issues quickly.
• Exchanges are approved only in cases of manufacturing defects or incorrect items received.
• Minor variations in color, print, or fabric and sizing issues due to incorrect selection are not eligible for exchange.
